I loved listening to this yesterday while I pulled some weeds from the cracks in the paving of my garden. It felt so good to wrench some roots free while releasing the frustration I didn’t even realise I had been holding in my body. 😮💨
Oh wow Asia, I just re-listened to this recording this morning after I realised I was caught in a loop a fear about “someone else getting credit for work I was doing to cover for their incompetence”. I tried the “So What” approach and ended up connecting with a part of mine from my Parentified Childhood?!?! This was so powerful! Thank you! xx

I become instantly empowered vs victimized and things almost always open up. I either end up magically being on-time or my “lateness” feels exactly as it should be…. 🕊️

My father had two expressions that taught me that true change begins by looking inward for solutions.
· Whenever I would get annoyed about something in the world, he would say:
· “Sounds like a personal problem to me.”
· Other times when I would escalate to anger and carry on, he would say:
· “You know you have the same clothes to get glad in.”
This has helped me many times in getting to the “so what”.
